These terms apply when you use the TET Sadhana app or this website. By using either, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app or the site.

Who can use TET Sadhana

You must be 18 or older and able to sign in with a Google account. The app is for your personal, non-commercial use while preparing for the AP TET examination.

Your licence

When you buy AP TET Solo or AP TET Pro, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the AP TET content and features through the TET Sadhana app, for the lifetime of the app and service — i.e. for as long as we continue to operate TET Sadhana. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The licence is tied to your Google account; you may not share your account or purchased access with anyone else. A purchase covers only the exam it names (AP TET); content for other exams, if offered, is sold separately.

Content is a study aid

Notes, questions and mock tests are a study aid prepared as described in About our content. We do not guarantee any particular score, result or selection in the AP TET exam or any other examination. Always verify official rules, dates and syllabus on the official AP TET website.

Not affiliated

TET Sadhana is an independent app, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Andhra Pradesh, the Commissioner of School Education, or any exam authority.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, scrape or redistribute app content, attempt to bypass purchase verification, or use the app in any way that disrupts other users (including in study groups).

Payments and refunds

Purchases made through Google Play follow Google Play's own billing and refund terms. Purchases made directly on our website follow our refund & cancellation policy.

Changes to the app or these terms

We may update the app, its content and these terms over time. We'll post the new terms here with an updated date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, including sharing of paid access. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time — see delete account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
